Should I start playing MM again?

MM is the only mode I play in FIFA and I quit playing the game all together a month ago since I felt MM lacked deep gameplay that it used to have and It's plagued with bugs (with growth as the most notable to me personally). Having said all these, I need some help. I've been pondering today if I should play MM again and how is the best way to play the mode given the limited gameplay that it has to offer.
-Do I play the lesser teams and, if so, do I have a real chance to make them rich and attract good players?
-Do I stop buying young players? (I feel that the only chance of buying players with lesser teams are getting young players or on the free transfer market)
-Has the mode improved since all the recurring problems came to light after the patch was released?
-Has anyone, genuinely, had fun playing the mode over 10 seasons?

If you want to play with lesse teams,go for it although you will have limited acess to sign big players.In the case of a medium club like Fiorentina,Genoa...etc,You have a chace to develop your own young players within the exixting squad.
I switch teams after 2 seasons,It gets monotonous if you go for 10 seasons.|||That's how I usually play MM: play lower leagues, get young players and develop the team, get em promoted and win trophies and get the big daddy in Europe. But I can't do that since, in my experience with the game, it's really difficult to get young (relatively unknown) players to get their stats up.
I keep playing young players day in day out but growth is so broken that it's pretty much useless buying young players. I've restarted my season so many times and been buying the same young players that lesser teams can afford and no one really grows even if I rarely ever lose and most of them play decent football.
What kept me out of the game is that there's nothing much to do other than play games and win them. That's what MM is all about these days and I'm positive that most of us don't like it. Absolutely drab... Used to play MM everyday... :c|||the player growth totally killed the MM if you ask me, im managing man utd finished 1 season and 3 of my youngsters have -1 growth
