Career Mode Glitch?

i just finished my first season as liverpool manager and was looking forward to getting alberto aquilani back from loan, and when i started second season he wasnt there so i looked up his name and hes playing for juve and not on loan, how did they fully sign him and take him off loan? also i cant buy him back as it says this player has recently joined a club :) :)
