i play with Coventry City, and the club generates absolutely nothing.
What about the old FIFA where u generated revenue via gate reciepts etc. Ive made jack * in a year! anyone tell me why?
Also wheres scouting gone???
Thanks in advance|||Ea in trying to make it better have missed out loads of things and created one big balls up|||You now get bonuses based on your performance in competitions. For example, progressing a round in a cup will generally result in a message titled something along the lines of 'Finance changes' to advise you of how much more you have available to spend. The big money-maker is at the end of the season when they reward you based on league performance.
In my opinion, the best way to make money is to sign players on free transfers, keep them for a season or so and then sell them on. So at the start of every season, go to the 'Buy Players' screen and filter to only show Free Agents. Normally there will be 2 or 3 decent players to sign of a good age, with the occasional gem. Sign any promising youngsters and any established players in their twenties, but I'd recommend avoiding old guys as they're theoretically harder to sell. Remember you'll have to wait til next season ends before you can sell them.
