Searching for transfer targets (loan player hinderance)

Am I right in thinking that there is no way to filter out players that are out on loan when they come up in your search list?
Also when you try to sign them there is nothing to indicate that the player is a loan player and thus you are destined to get the 'this player has just joined this club' message?
Apart from knowing all players currently out on loan, how can you get around this?|||Going to check this again tomorrow.|||you know if there on loan list or not because wen you got to buy the player it will shoot straight to the contract screen|||Not that they are on the loan list, that they are actually out on loan at a club.
