What will this season bring for Villa?

Aston Villa are left with no manager and in turmoil after a disastrous last season. Players are voicing concerns and handing in transfer requests, with big clubs coming in for Villa's top players its bound to be an interesting summer. Houllier came in after Martin O'Niell had left the club due to a disagreement with owner Randy Lerner. Houllier lead Villa to a disappointing 9th finish in the League. All the drama and high tension left Houllier in hospital with heart problems that have forced him to end his contract early and leave Villa in the mire.
We spoke to Owner Lerner, 'I am looking at all the capabilities in terms of managers and fans have no reason to worry, sure it was a disappointing season but look at our past seasons and how high we have achieved. I hold my hands up too say I haven't put enough money into the club but this season I am willing and am sure we can push for a European spot if the right manager comes along, players now need to be patient and hopefully they'll want to stay at the club otherwise they will miss out on exciting times. Watch this space'.
