Please make a go back button for my player

I can't count how many times I'm just pressing x to get through menus only to realize I've selected "PLAY MATCH - Controlling My Player" as opposed to "PLAY MATCH - Controlling All Squad." Why doesn't the next menu have an option to go back?!|||I make sure I don't speed press my buttons and read what I'm agreeing to now after the first few times that this happened to me :)
