Hi everyone, here I made a team with only youngs under 25 years old and their respective overal peaks,
this is a 100% guaranteed, most of them are cheap players to buy now, but in the future they're gonna be really expensive players. I choosed the best overall player for it own position,
AGE means the age at the first season (Actual Age)
MIN means his current overal at the first season (Actual overall)
MAX is the maximun peak of the overall for that player.
so if you can choose a 3-5-2 or a 4-4-2 or a 4-3-3, etc, you can pick the player for the formation you choosed,
it took me a lot of time to make this so just let me know what do you think, thank you.

Where did you find all the players' maximums?|||I played the career mode for 15 seasons, and this was the results of the players overall. I only put the highest overral player for it own position.|||Wait so these players were still at these overalls when they are 36-41?|||Let me explain you, career mode is 15 seasons, so mostly of this players will be 35 when you finish the career, but you gonna exploit them for around 10-12 seasons, easily! and they only goes down, for example from 90 to 84, and they still playing great, the only thing is they become a little bit slower, but like from 95 to 82, that still fast.|||this is the best team in fifa 11, I confirmed,|||rooney 91?!?

Yeah overalls aren't set, you can play for 5 seasons and Nani might be a 87, or you can play for 5 and he might be an 84.
Its really annoying, it seems like the growth system has no actual relevance to performance, because you can buy eden dzeko, score 70 goals with him over 2 seasons, and he won't go up at all, buy edin hazard and have him tear it up every game for 3 seasons, and he'll never go up. But then you can have a player like glen johnson already in his prime, play average with him, and he'll go up 2 over a season and a half.
Honestly its pretty awful. I hope 12 has a revamped form system, academy/scout system, and growth system.|||There's a couple of youngs under 21, that they really grew up a lot:
Lanzini, Lamela, Funes Mori from River Plate they start under 78 and they
Reach 88, then Tinga from Palmeiras, Then Kim Do ng -Jin an ST from Korea
Is 70 and he reach 91!!! Then Araujo from Boca Juniors gets 87 overall.

my advice to you is just give up on the game. I gave up and PES blows FIFA out of the water. Gameplay, graphics, manager mode(yes players grow and there's crazy thing that they have it's called a youth team)
Fifa is just plain terrible.. I don't know how the manager mode got so much shittier in one year, the manger mode in fifa 07 was better than the current one. And the graphics blow compared to PES.|||

I have both game Fifa and Pes and fory opinion Pes is to cartooney, but the faces are more real,for sure fifa11 is too lame and has a lot of bugs And problem, but still being better than Pes.
